AI Generated Content Notice

This notice explains the nature and boundaries of AI generated content on ZOTAIX, including quota rules, human confirmation requirements, fallback generation behaviour, content moderation and ownership.

01

Nature of AI outputs

AI outputs on ZOTAIX (including Forge conversations, liquid direction descriptions, fragrance direction descriptions, label copy, bottle and packaging visuals, and story-card content) are creative guidance and draft proposals. They are not final production formulas, process documents or quality standards, and they are not professional, legal, financial or medical advice. Matters of drinking safety, allergens, health and regulation must rely on qualified professionals and final confirmed contract documents.

02

Quotas and account tiers

Generation, saving and download actions consume monthly action credits. Guest, registered, member and enterprise tiers carry different allowances; credits reset each monthly period. When credits run out you may wait for the reset, upgrade your membership, or contact the concierge for an enterprise channel. Exact allowances and costs follow the live display on your account and purchase pages.

03

Human confirmation for bespoke work and delivery

Premium customisation and the delivery of physical spirits, fragrance or gift sets are never created automatically from an AI output alone. Any request entering sampling, production or logistics requires a human concierge to confirm the requirements, verify eligibility and compliance conditions, and issue a formal plan before execution.

04

Final quotation governs fulfilment

Pricing, timelines, production scheduling, logistics and aftercare all depend on the final manual quotation and supply-chain confirmation. Budget guides, sample bundles and AI replies shown on the site are conversation material and do not constitute a quotation or delivery commitment.

05

Fallback and offline generation behaviour

When generation capacity is busy, restricted or temporarily unavailable, the platform may return a queue notice, a curated sample draft, or a simplified result, with a corresponding hint in the interface. Such results remain creative drafts under section one of this notice, and you may switch to human concierge service at any time.

06

Moderation of generated content

Generated content intended for public display, co-creation listing or trade circulation must first pass compliance review, covering sensitive content, alcohol compliance, minor protection, copyright and public-display suitability. Violating content may be restricted, delisted or removed, and serious cases may affect the account’s feature permissions.

07

Ownership and licensing

Your submitted briefs, descriptions and uploads remain yours. Proposals generated from your briefs may be used for personal appreciation, project discussion and in-platform customisation workflows, subject to this notice and the Terms of Service; the platform retains its rights in interface templates, structural frameworks and system capabilities. Using generated content for public display or external commercial purposes requires completing the applicable review and licensing workflow first.
