Co-Creation Pool Rules

These rules describe the ZOTAIX co-creation pool: publish flow, listing review, the threshold ladder, founder and participant benefits, review dimensions, reservation release, and IP arrangements.

01

Publish flow

Users may submit co-creation concepts covering theme naming, liquid direction, fragrance direction, label and gift-box direction, and story background. After submission the concept enters a pending state; once approved it joins the co-creation pool and starts accepting reservations. Submission itself is free of charge and creates no production commitment.

02

Review before public listing

Every co-creation concept passes human review before public listing. Concepts that fail review are not displayed publicly; the initiator receives the reasons and may revise and resubmit. The platform may re-review published concepts and suspend display where necessary.

03

Threshold ladder

Co-creation advances by reservation scale: 10 people unlock a public page; 30 trigger platform review; 50 bottles establish the label and gift-box theme; 100 enter flavour direction review; 300 enter enterprise review; 500 and above start packaging and supply-chain preparation; 1000 and above enter partnership evaluation. Each step follows the platform confirmation record.

04

Founder and participant benefits

The founder receives theme credit, story acknowledgement, first-batch reservation priority and concierge communication priority; participants receive reservation slots, serial-number priority and Reserve archive records. These are service courtesies and participation records; they confer no equity, financial rights or return arrangements.

05

Review dimensions

Co-creation review covers seven dimensions: sensitive content, alcohol compliance, minor safety, copyright and prior rights, production feasibility, public display suitability, and trade eligibility. Failing any dimension blocks approval, and serious issues can delist a published concept.

06

Reservation release on failed thresholds or review

If a concept misses its threshold within the agreed window, or fails at any review stage, its reservations are released: unpaid reservations are simply cancelled, and confirmed payments are returned via the original channel per the confirmation record. Release and refund progress follows the account page and concierge notices.

07

IP of co-created concepts

Original concepts and materials you submit remain yours; submitting grants the platform the display and processing licence necessary for review, public listing and advancing the co-creation. Rights in naming, label and packaging outcomes formed jointly by multiple parties follow the co-creation confirmation documents; entering production or external licensing requires prior written confirmation.
