This notice sets out the compliance boundaries of alcohol-related features on ZOTAIX: pre-delivery checks, the nature of AI proposals, the role of human quotations, what small-order customisation includes, minor protection and responsible drinking.
All alcohol-related display, customisation and delivery on ZOTAIX must comply with the applicable laws of the sales and delivery territories. A page display, budget guide or AI reply never automatically creates an alcohol sale; a formal sale exists only through final confirmed contracts, invoices and delivery records.
Every physical alcohol purchase, payment, spirit refill execution and delivery is conditional on passing all of the following checks: verified adult token or approved concierge review ID, region and jurisdiction checks, logistics feasibility checks, and qualification checks covering licences, labelling, tax and testing. If any check fails, the order does not proceed to payment or shipment.
Liquid directions, fragrance directions, label and packaging content produced by Forge and other AI features are creative proposals, not production formulas, process documents or quality standards. Any direction entering production must first pass human review by supply-chain, quality and compliance teams.
The final product, price, deadline, logistics plan, packaging specification and aftercare terms all depend on a human quotation and supply-chain confirmation. Before the formal plan is confirmed, no page content or AI reply constitutes a delivery commitment.
Small-order customisation = a standard base liquid + a personalised expression layer. The personalised expression may include: a liquid direction description, a fragrance direction description, label copy, bottle visual style, packaging copy, a story card, a greeting card, a serial number, QR/NFC binding, a digital mark, and a Reserve archive record. The liquid itself comes from a confirmed standard base batch.
The platform does not promise a newly developed formula for every bottle, a new mould for every bottle, AI-controlled production equipment, immediate shipment, or a final price without human review. Any statement to the contrary does not represent the platform.
The platform does not market or sell alcohol to minors. Alcohol-related browsing, reservation, customisation and delivery flows require age confirmation; where a minor is found in an alcohol-related flow, the platform terminates the flow and handles the case under the Minor Protection Notice.
We advocate moderate, responsible drinking. Do not drink during pregnancy or while trying to conceive, before driving or operating machinery, while taking relevant medication, or in any other unsuitable circumstances. Consult qualified medical professionals for health questions.
