These rules describe Reserve archive records: what they contain, public versus private boundaries, the nature of certificates, aftercare and replenishment terms, data export, and deletion versus serial retirement.
A Reserve archive record may contain: the ZOTAIX ID, object identity, liquid and fragrance direction descriptions, label copy, design version, production batch, and the QR/NFC binding. Record content reflects the confirmed information at write time and keeps version traces.
Records are private by default, visible only to the holder and authorised concierges. You may choose to publish selected records as archive pages; publishing requires content review first, and you may request a return to private at any time. Public pages never display your contact details.
The platform can generate certificate pages for archive records, used to verify object identity, batch and version information. Certificates serve integrity checks and gifting presentation; a certificate is not, by itself, a legal registration of ownership, which follows the applicable contracts and confirmation records.
Aftercare and replenishment services based on a record (such as same-direction liquid refills or packaging accessory resupply) must pass container, batch, permission and capacity validation and are executed after human confirmation. Replenishment pricing, timing and logistics follow each confirmed plan; alcohol-related replenishment additionally follows the Alcohol Compliance Notice.
You may request an export of your own archive records, including record content, version traces and publication history, delivered in a commonly readable format. Export does not affect the validity of the original records; content touching third-party rights may be redacted as necessary in the export.
You may request deletion of personal data within a record, handled under the Privacy Policy. Serial numbers themselves are retired rather than erased: a retired serial no longer links to personal information and is no longer publicly displayed, but a minimal integrity record is kept so the serial cannot be impersonated or reissued.
If a record differs from the confirmed information, you may request a correction through the concierge channel. Corrections rely on confirmation and production records, and the correction trace is retained. Malicious tampering requests or forged evidence are refused and may lead to feature restrictions.
