These rules define the allowed scope of creative licensing and rights circulation in the Trade creative market, along with prohibited conduct, the review workflow, fees and dispute handling.
The Trade creative market is a space for creative licensing and rights circulation, serving design, co-creation and gifting scenarios. It is not a goods-resale bazaar and constitutes no financial product or arrangement; every circulation follows platform review and confirmation records.
Objects that may circulate on the platform include: public creative proposals, label and bottle design concepts, co-creation founder rights and participation slots, digital marks, public archive pages, designer copyright income arrangements, collaboration applications, and enterprise inquiry leads. Each category follows its own review and confirmation workflow.
The platform prohibits: user-to-user resale of physical alcohol; issuing or circulating unreviewed alcohol vouchers; unauthorised third-party alcohol selling; steering users to private transactions outside the platform; and any unreviewed spot trading of alcohol. Violating listings are delisted and the accounts involved may lose features.
Every licensing or rights circulation passes four states: submitted, under review, approved or rejected, and confirmed. Review is performed by humans and covers rights origin, compliance boundaries and the identities of both sides; rejections come with reasons. Only agreements reaching the confirmed state take effect.
The platform charges a service fee per confirmed agreement; the amount and rate are displayed on the confirmation page, and no hidden charges are added once confirmed. Applications that fail review or never reach confirmation incur no service fee.
When a dispute arises between the two sides of a circulation, either may file through the concierge channel; the platform mediates on the basis of confirmation, review and communication records, and may suspend further circulation of the disputed object. If mediation fails, both sides retain their legal remedies, and the platform cooperates as the law requires.
Any circulating object touching alcohol must first pass alcohol compliance review; physical delivery additionally follows the age, region and qualification checks of the Alcohol Compliance Notice. The platform may re-review listed objects and immediately delist any with rights defects, compliance risks or false information, notifying the parties involved.
