This notice explains ZOTAIX minor protection commitments and mechanisms: age confirmation for alcohol flows, the zero-proof line, co-creation safety review, the reporting channel and violation handling.

Core commitment

ZOTAIX does not market or sell alcohol to minors and does not display alcohol purchase prompts in contexts aimed at minors. Alcohol-related features are available only to users of legal drinking age.

Age confirmation for alcohol flows

Alcohol purchase, payment, spirit refill execution and physical delivery flows require a verified adult token or approved concierge review ID on the server. Users who have not passed verification may still browse, create, save drafts or book concierge review, but cannot complete purchase or delivery. Ordinary order payloads do not accept raw ID numbers or identity documents.

Zero-proof product line

The platform offers a zero-proof product line covering fragrance, alcohol-free gifting liquids and vessel design, for non-drinking users and gifting scenarios. Zero-proof products follow the same content review and delivery confirmation flows.

Minor-safety review in co-creation

Every co-creation concept passes a minor-safety review before public listing: no alcohol expressions designed to appeal to minors, and no imagery, language or scenarios targeting minors. Violating concepts are not listed, and listed ones are removed.

Accounts and guardianship

Alcohol features are intended for adults. If a guardian finds a minor using their device or account to reach alcohol content, we recommend signing out immediately, enabling device-level content restrictions, and contacting the platform to help handle the related records.

Reporting channel

If you find any alcohol marketing, sales attempt or unsuitable content aimed at minors, please email concierge@zotaix.com or submit a report through the contact form. We investigate every report and, where appropriate, follow up with the outcome.

Handling of violations

Accounts verified to promote alcohol to minors or help minors obtain alcohol face measures proportionate to the case: content removal, feature restriction, transaction termination or account suspension, with cooperation with authorities where the law requires.
